WHAT WE DO

Here at Let's Grow Kid's UK, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause.

We support our community members in a variety of ways and measure our success not by monetary size,

but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts.

When working with a parent to identify a starting point we use our 7 measurements and the SHANARRI indicators to shape our conversation. By doing this we can look at areas where a parent is happy with how they are getting on and from there identify the things they want to be more confident with. It can be difficult as a parent when you think you have finally "nailed it" with meeting your child's needs only to discover that your child's needs change. This can create stress and upset and imbalance in a families life. By creating resilience and confidence in our parents we can empower our mums and dads to identify the next steps for their child and be prepared for them.

By revisiting our indicators every four weeks we can maintain the co-design aspect to our work and ensure that our

families are getting what they need, when they need it.
